ABOUT US
Dr. Amy G. English
Dentist
Dr. English grew up in Sacramento and graduated from CSUS in 1999 with a BS degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then went on to obtain her DDS degree from USC in 2003. Dr. English (known as Dr. Amy by her patients) practiced in a general dental office for the first four years of her career. At the same time, she periodically filled in at Vallejo Children's Dentistry in 2008. She enjoyed the children and parents of Vallejo so much that she decided to purchase the practice. She currently resides in Concord along with her husband and three children (Zachary, Elias, and Hannah).
Dr. Amy's work at Vallejo Children's Dentistry, as well as her interactions with her own children, allows her to fulfill her life-long passion for children and their health. In addition, she actively participates in community projects designed to improve the dental health of Vallejo's children. Dr. Amy is always available to address any parent's questions or concerns regarding children's dental health.
Myka
Front Office
Myka has worked in medical/dental billing for over 30 years and has been with our office for over 18 years. She is happy to answer any of your insurance questions. Having been born and raised in Vallejo, she is always excited to see and interact with familiar faces.
Stacy
Registered Dental Assistant/Front Office
Stacy grew up in Vallejo alongside her three sisters. She graduated from Vallejo High School in 2001, Sacramento State in 2006 with a major in photography, and Western Career College in 2009. She has an abundance of experience with children including her own sons, Brayden and Mason. She has worked at our office for over 13 years where she has filled positions as a chairside assistant and in the front office. She is more than happy to work out a financial payment plan that works for you.
Rosa
Registered Dental Assistant
Rosa has worked in dentistry for 25 years, is fluent in Spanish, and joined us in 2008. She has lived in Vallejo for over 30 years and raised her two sons here. She loves pediatric dentistry, and she particularly enjoys helping our special needs patients become comfortable and accustomed to our office.
Natalia
Registered Dental Assistant
Natalia grew up in Fairfield and graduated from Blake Austin College in 2021. She joined our practice immediately after her internship in 2021. She has many years of experience working with children. She is great with all ages and loves helping put fearful patients at ease.
Paige
Registered Dental Assistant
Paige grew up in Vallejo alongside her four older sisters. She graduated from Jesse Bethel High School in 2018 and Carrington College in 2022. She joined our practice immediately following her internship with us in 2022. Her calm demeanor is a great asset to our office.
